Stuffed Mini Peppers

Colorful and delicious, these baby bells are stuffed with a blend of vegetables bound with light bread crumbs, seasoned with salt and pepper, drizzled with olive oil and garnished with minced parsley. Baked to perfection, softening the pepper and lightly toasting the filling. [Vegan]

Mini Chicken Meatballs

Packed with savory flavor and a touch of chili spice, these house-made, bite-sized chicken meatballs are served lightly browned with marinara and BBQ dipping sauce.

Antipasto Platters

Cured salami, pepperoni, house-smoked ham, fresh ciliegine mozzarella balls, brie, Tillamook sharp white cheddar, tangy feta cheese and olives. All bite-sized and served with house-made crackers.

Fresh mozzarella ball, basil leaf, and a cherry tomato drizzled with a balsamic reduction on a 5” bamboo skewer.

Breadsticks

Each 18” breadstick can be served as two 9” halves (ideal as a side with mains) or cut into bite-sized, 2.5-3” pieces (a great size for appetizers).

Each breadstick includes our legendary, house-made ranch or marinara dipping sauces (either as self-serve or in portioned, 2oz ramekins). We recommend an equal amount of each breadstick and dipping sauces for guests to choose from.

Vegan option: The vegan version of our trademark breadstick is painted with our house-made cilantro pesto and served with marinara dipping sauce.
