Servers + Setups
Servers hold OLCC service permits. Minimum call out is 4 hours and workers must adhere to OR break laws.
Basic Bar Setup Includes OLCC license for beer & wine service, ice, bottle openers + compostable napkins, plates, forks.
Corkage Fee Optional if supplying own alcohol.
Liquor Service
The HOTLIPS Mobile Food Unit is fully licensed allowing not only fresh, onsite pizza cooking but also the service of liquor and specialty cocktails.
